I have a client that requested Goldwell color, which I am completely unfamiliar with.  I also just graduated from school, so I'm very fresh on color.  My client is colored with box color to a warm level 3.  She would like me to keep her at a level 3, (she needs grey coverage).  I'd like to take her to a nice rich chocolate brown.  She would also like some chunky deep red highlights, wine colored.  Can anybody help me formulate with Goldwell?  I was thinking I would pre-lighten her highlights and paint the color on the rest of the hair, process the two and rinse.  Then I would go back through and apply the highlight color.  Can anybody give me some formulation help, I feel really uneasy and unsure about this client!  Any formulation ideas would be a HUGE help to me!!
