How does the classified listing process work?
Step 1 - Determine which category your listing falls under
Step 2 - Decide how many months you'd like to post
Step 3 - Purchase the postings (note an email confirmation will be sent to you)
Step 4 - Follow the online process to enter the details of your listing  
Step 5 - Upload at least one photo to accompany your listing
Step 6 - Once your listing is complete, click DONE and your posting is live!

Can I track how many views my listing has received?
Absolutely. Behindthechair.com/classifieds software provides complete real-time reporting of activity on the number of views your listing has received.  Also, your BTC Classifieds inbox will allow you to easily keep track of the inquiries on your listing.

Will I know when someone has responded to my listing?
When inquiries are submitted for your listing, an email notification containing the inquiry will be sent to the your e-mail.  A copy of the e-mail is also stored in your classified account inbox for easy reference.

Can I change my listing after it is posted?
You may edit your description, images, price and contact information on your listing at any time during the life of the listing.  However, you may NOT edit the category in which your listing is posted.  If you need to post a listing under a different category, please purchase a listing package for that category.

How can I find my listing online after I've posted it?
The 8 most recently purchased listings are displayed on the Classifieds Home Page.  Your listing may also be found by searching the category you listed it in. 

I did a search and can't find my listing
If your listing does not appear in the searches, please double check that you chosen the correct category for your listing.  All listings are displayed in one category only.  If the category is correct, check to make sure you have entered all the listing's information correctly and clicked "Done".  If you are stuck on a page while entering your listing, please check that all required fields are filled out and there are no red error notes on the page.  If your listing has been listed, consider the expiration date as well.
